DJ Power is an award winning DJ and remix producer. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Power began DJing at 12 years of age.
After producing the infamous Reggae Meets Hip Hop Mixtape Series, he became recognised worldwide and subsequently formed his company Soul Controllers.
He now runs the Outta Control Radio show and is based in New York City, playing at clubs throughout the world and with artists such as Busta Rhymes, Sean Paul and Elephant Man and producing innovative hip-hop/dancehall mixtapes, which have been featured in the NY Times, Scratch and Riddim magazines.
The NZ massive can catch DJ Power, Wednesday 12 December @ The San Fran Bathhouse, WGTN & Thursday 13 December @ Galatos, AKLD playing alongside Junior Reid.
