A heavyweight music collector, record dealer, promoter, tour manager and DJ, Gwaan Gal has been a part of the New Zealand, Australian and Canadian music industry for over a decade. In New Zealand, she founded the pioneering dancehall club night ‘Buss It Up’ and has played on top radio stations and festivals. She runs Simmer Down Productions based in Melbourne.
From dancehall, jungle, hip hop to house and disco sets, her eclectic rhythm driven sounds are destined to keep the dancefloor full. Having produced music for Jamaican artists and performed alongside global acts, she is a staple in providing good vibes.
