The Inner West Reggae Disco Machine is a sound system from the Inner West suburbs of Sydney, Australia. The crew, consisting of Rik Sonic, Stevie Dub and Gonz, are a bunch of reggae addicts with a passion for all things reggae from Ska and Calypso to Dancehall and Digi-killers and everything in between.

The sound system itself was inspired by Heartical Hi Fi from Melbourne and the legendary Firehouse parties of the 90s, but most importantly the lack of a sound in Sydney.

The crew say “We like to run a dance with MCs over a natural progression of rocksteady, roots, to 80s, to dancehall and beyond. And that is exactly what you will find in this mix. There is homage to the past and respect to the new. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did making it. Bless.”
