Based in Auckland, Parado has been making his mark on the Aotearoa reggae scene, fast earning a reputation for his deep knowledge of all things reggae and his heavy selections in the dance.
After initially discovering reggae through a family connection at around the age of 15, Paradox spent his teenage years listening hard everyday before he eventually took up selecting himself.
He forwards up-to-the-time tunes and is also particularly passionate about beats from the mid-late ’90s and both the Xterminator era and dancehall of the time. He is always interested in keeping up with the international sound-system world and is helping to keep the vibes strong in Auckland city and around the country.
The Auckland massive can catch Paradox playing with Ever Living Spirit (Swiss) & Art Official @ Khuja Lounge on Friday 27 Feb and at Daybreak @ The Rising Sun on Saturday 28 Feb.
